The doctor who saw me at the City Hospital GU outpatient service was so understanding, thoughtful and compassionate to my needs and questions. He made me feel at ease throughout the whole appointment and ensured he did as much as he could to find out the issues to my problems. I was chaperoned for an internal examination by a female staff member without me even having to ask, the procedure was completed with the utmost care and attention and I left the appointment feeling much more informed and happy with the results. The appointment booking process was quick and simple online, allowing me to be seen within a few weeks of my initial query. All the staff I encountered were pleasant, kind and hardworking. Thank you very much for your continued hard work, it does not go unnoticed!
